This “Best Local Cook” recipe comes from South Shelby high schooler, Melanna Eagan. During this extra long break from school, Melanna has perfected her cupcakes. She loves to add extra toppings, beautiful liners and drizzles to make her cakes look as good as they taste! She would love to one day have a cute trailer to take to events and festivals to sell her cupcakes!
For this recipe she used chopped Georgia Peaches in the cake batter, and peach juice in the icing! Check out her mom’s FB page (Maria Thrasher Eagan) for updates on how you can place an order for some of Melanna’s cupcakes! Well done Melanna- we can't wait for our bakers to try your recipe!
