Today she is sharing a great Keto/Gluten Free Peach Cobbler, featuring Koch's Fresh Georgia Peaches and Almond Flour! Clarissa Jackson's Keto & Gluten Free Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
Filling
- 4 large fresh peaches
- 2 T Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
- 4 t cinnamon
Topping
- 2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup soft butter
- 8 T Stevia (or your favorite sweetener)
- 4 t sugar free brown sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place sliced peaches in cast iron skillet or 9x9 pan, sprinkle with sweetener. In a bowl mix together remaining ingredients and spread over peaches. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
